Yes, its true – Miami has its very own Women’s Flat Track Roller Derby League. Here are some shots from a recent practice.

The ladies behind this are big fans of genuine, honest portraiture and it’s always great to see who’s work is being featured on their site. So I was very happy to hear that a session I shared with them was being featured on their site!! You can check out the feature by following this link. no comments A couple weeks ago I posted some photographs from video-music performance in the Design District. It received such a nice buzz, that the collaborative of artists was asked back for a repeat performance. In conjunction with this happening, it was the CD release party of Cayos album Shell Beach. It was also Cayos first live performance ever as bandmates, Daniel Laburu and Nick Reyes have lived in different cities. Definitely a set worth capturing.
